enrolling at the Mary Crane Center

Children ages 6 weeks through 5 years can be enrolled at the Mary Crane Center. To enroll your child call (773) 938-8130, or email or call the site directly.

When enrolling your child, please bring:

  • Your child’s birth certificate
  • Proof of income (two most recent check stubs)
  • Results from your child’s last physical and dental check-ups
  • Your child’s immunization record

TUITION

We use a sliding fee scale based on the family’s income and the number in the household to calculate monthly tuition. Parents pay a low co-payment; the remainder of tuition is covered by government subsidies.

FINANCIAL AID

If the family is ineligible for the government subsidy, a private scholarship may be available.
