We use a sliding fee scale based on the family’s income and the number in the household to calculate monthly tuition. Parents pay a “low” co-payment; the remainder of tuition is covered by government subsidies.

Your child may qualify for Free Child Care and our Early Education Programs.*
Please schedule an appointment as soon as possible to find out if you meet the requirements for any of our free programs. We will work with you to create the best learning environment for your child.

As a public early childhood education program, Mary Crane Early Childhood Program often uses photographic and electronic images of child development life, events, ceremonies and other activities to advance the mission of the early childhood center.

By registering at, visiting or being employed by Mary Crane Early Childhood Program and being present in public settings, you authorize the use and reproduction by Mary Crane, or anyone authorized by this agency, of any photographs taken while at Mary Crane without compensation. All photographic prints and digital photo files shall constitute Mary Crane Early Childhood Program property, solely and completely.

It is, however, recommended that a photo release form be signed by all individuals who will be photographed for Mary Crane Early Childhood Program publications, videos and Web pages. If the subject is a minor under the age of 18, a form must be signed by the child’s parent or guardian and secured before any photography can take place.
